As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, I bring 18 years of experience supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds. With intensive graduate studies in anxiety and depression for children and adults, I am deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
As an Urban Farmer and Nature Therapist at High Balsam Farm, I have cultivated a natural oasis where we can engage in nature therapy, ecotherapy, and integrated healing. Whether through outdoor therapy in-person, hybrid sessions via tele-health, or farm-based therapy, my passion is helping others build resilience in a natural setting. Together, we explore sources of strength and areas of need, fostering mental, social, and spiritual well-being.
